1, Application:
It is used to make lead cylinders for lead oxide ball mill.
2, Working Principal:
Lead ingot cold rolling machine is a kind of equipment that cold rolling lead ingot directly into a certain thickness of lead strip, and extruding lead strip to form a certain specification of lead cylinder. Manually hoist the lead ingot to the lead ingot storage table, the equipment automatically transport the lead ingot to the roll, extrude the lead ingot to square lead plate, and transport the rolled rectangular lead plate to the lead pellet extrusion die roller, directly produce a certain specification of lead cylinder.
3, Main Technical Parameters
Capacity :
7t/h(when weigh of each lead ingot is no less than 50kgs);
3.5T/h (when weigh of each lead ingot is no less than 25kgs);
Lead ingot weight: 120±10g (size is about 25×25×21mm);
Lead ingot conveying chain height: 1300mm (the customer can make the pedal platform according to the need to facilitate the operation of employees);
Equipment size: 3400×4150×2450mm (L×W ×H).
4, Applicable Lead Ingot Sizes
Applicable lead ingot sizes:
50kg series lead ingots:(580mm≤L≤630mm,110mm≤W≤125mm,70mm≤ H≤85mm);
25kg series lead ingots:(550mm≤L≤580mm,70mm≤W≤85mm,65mm≤H≤75mm);
Partial models of the lead making molds(can be changed by the limit device to adapt to 50/25kg two series of specifications of lead ingots);
 It uses 6holes lead cylinder making mold for 50Kg series lead ingots, each row can produce 6pcs lead cylinders.
 It uses 4holes lead cylinder making mold for 25Kg series lead ingots, each row can produce 4pcs lead cylinders (Each row commonly has 6 holes, it can switch 50kg, 25kg two series specifications of lead ingots by replacing the limit device. It can only allow to use the same series specification weight of lead ingots at one time)
