Features:
The hardware system uses an energy-feedback type test power supply with multiple patented technologies. The software system is based on a new generation of JINFAN tester software (JSolution-BTS) architecture that supports data interconnection.
Functions:
Support basic working modes: standing, constant current charge and discharge, constant voltage charge and discharge, constant resistance charge and discharge, constant power charge and discharge. Can be customized according to customer requirements: pulse charge and discharge, temperature control charge and discharge, ramp current charge and discharge, ramp voltage charge and discharge, slope power charge and discharge.
Flexible process editing: Jump judgement conditions with parameters such as time, capacity, current, voltage, temperature, cell voltage, and cell temperature. Support customized battery condition simulation function, the working condition simulation process data can be imported according to the test data file, or can be imported through the road spectrum data, the number of steps in a single cycle can reach 30,000steps.
A variety of protections are embedded in the system: overcurrent, undercurrent, overvoltage, under-voltage, reverse pole, overheating, power loss data storage, and automatic power-on recovery. At the same time, it supports user-programmable global protection: total voltage over-voltage protection, charge and discharge capacity protection, single over-voltage protection, and single-unit over-temperature protection.
Supporting time interval, current change, and voltage change as recording conditions, the data analysis software has strong performance, and the single loop supports recording and analyzing more than 10 million records. Data can be displayed in a variety of ways, such as graphics, lists, etc., and can be exported to and Excel format file. The system comes with a logging function that records any users actions on the channel.
